Pretty good recipe for making Chicken Cacciatore, provided by foodnetwork.com.
My personal twists on the recipe:
- I did not use any mushrooms because I don’t like the taste.
- I skimped on the parsley, didn’t have any.
- Instead of using a can of crush tomatoes, I chopped up a fresh tomatoe instead.
- It’s a good idea to let the sauce simmer and thicken without the chicken, so it’ll coat the pasta well. If the sauce is too runny, it ruins the dish.
